A Shelby County government official is expected in court later this month on theft charges.
Court records show 51- year- old Nancy Finley is facing a felony charge for the theft of more than 100 thousand dollars.
Finley is the Treasurer for the Village of Tower Hill.
Finley is currently out on bond and will be in court November 29th.
