An Effingham man who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an 11-year old girl is sentenced.
Court Records show an Effingham County judge sentenced 34-year old Dennis Moulton to 25 years in prison.
The Effingham Sheriff's deputies arrested Moulton in February after a report he was having sexual relations with a child under 13.
