A Coles County a homeless man is sentenced for burglarizing local businesses and churches.
Court records show 29-year-old Tyler Wehr was sentenced to five years behind bars for breaking into the Culligan Water systems facility and local churches earlier this year.
The verdict also dismisses a lesser charge of possession of burglary tools.
Wehr will also receive credit for time served.
