Two new apartment buildings are going in near Indiana State University's campus.
Terre Haute's Redevelopment Commission approved a resolution to provide up to half a million dollars for utility relocation and sidewalks for the new student housing.
The apartment complex, named Annex 41, will have about 400 beds.
The commission also approved development for another loft-style complex that would house around 165 students.
The developers say they hope to be open to students in fall of 2018.
