Fire officials say they haven't determined the cause of a fire that erupted at the Coles County auto salvage yard.
Oakland firefighter Anthony Bennett says the incident happened around two thirty Monday when the Oakland fire department responded to a report of about 1,000 tires catching on fire.
No injuries were reported and the investigation is continuing.
