Two former Vigo County School Corporation employees will have a new day in court.
A federal judge set a July 10th trial date for Franklin Fennel and Frank Shahadey at the Terre Haute federal court house.
Both Fennel and Shahadey are accused of stealing more than $80,000 from the Vigo county school corporation.
Federal agents raided school offices back in June of 2016, and both men were arrested and charged with wire fraud in connection to an alleged kickback scheme.
