Douglas County Emergency personnel are updating their natural disaster mitigation plan.
County officials say the plan is updated every four years. over the course of several meetings.
Agencies from around the county including schools and villages will be present to discuss ways to reduce risks during dangerous situations.
The next meeting is set for January 19th at 1 P.M. in the Agricultural Center in Tuscola.
