Illinois State Police responded to 71 road incidents following Tuesday morning's snowfall.
Troopers responded to 60 calls for service within a five hour period.
Those calls included cars in ditches, motorist assists, and crashes.
Troopers also handled 12 crash reports, three of which had injuries.
Currently, roads are clear across most of Illinois.
Drivers headed north though could still see some patches of ice and snow on the roadways.
