Some local high school football teams are back in action tonight, searching for a positive outcome.
The Mattoon Green Wave started the season with a loss last week, and now try to flip the script with a road game against Mascoutah High School.
Charleston High School also hits the field tonight, hoping to improve on their first win in two years.
The Trojans snapped a 17 game losing streak last week, and travel to Mount Vernon to take on the Rams.
Both games kick off at 7 p.m.
