CCAR's Plant Manager Roy Cuppy is retiring after 46 years of service. Cuppy's first job was to simply remodel a bowling alley into office space which quickly turned into a permanent job. The manufacturing plant serves almost 300 individuals with disabilities. At a dedication ceremony today, the company renamed the facility the "Roy Cuppy Manufacturing Plant." Cuppy also spent time on the Charleston Police force before taking the job as plant manager.
