A local athlete will recognize her dreams of playing college soccer.
Charleston High School senior Brooke Tozer signed her national letter of intent to play for the Parkland women.
Tozer says she chose the Cobras because of their technology and education services, which would give her the best learning experience possible.
Parkland went 15-3-1 last season, ranked number nine in the National Junior College Athletic Association polls.
