Indiana State University in Terre Haute launches a new safety program on campus.
The university has activated a new sexual assault smartphone app called "It's On Blue".
University officials say the program is broken down into nine components including how to report a sexual assault and safety tips.
The app also provides users with a list of contact numbers.
