The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct a public information day next week.
The meeting is Thursday morning, April 2nd, at the Lake Shelbyville Visitor Center.
Officials say the meeting kicks off at 10:30 and topics will include an update on the lake, volunteer opportunities, construction updates, and special events.
Time permitting, the public will have an opportunity to contribute written questions and comments.
