Bookworms in the Effingham area - you're invited to a special event!
The Helen Matthes Library is holding a ground-breaking ceremony tomorrow morning for their new facility.
Officials say the event includes a special story time for kids, as well as a demolition ceremony.
The event marks the beginning of the construction phase of the project; workers will be refurbishing the Fifth Third Bank Building in downtown Effingham.
