A Houston based wind energy company is looking to expand in central Illinois.
Clean Line Energy will be holding public meetings in Martinsville, Greenup, Shelbyville, and Pana next week.
Company officials say the goal of the meetings is to receive feedback about the Grain Belt Express Project.
Officials say the project would involve new transmission lines delivering clean energy from Kansas to Illinois and surrounding states.
