The University of Illinois will soon be getting a new research center.
U of I and the Mayo Clinic will use a $9.3 million grant to set up the center which will focus on data analysis and health care.
The center will be located on the Champaign-Urbana campus and will be used to examine gene-based data.
Several departments from the university will also be involved with the center.
