This class 2A super sectional in Springfield was a close one between Paris and PORTA.
Both squads had their leading scorers take the reigns in this game, with Paris' Austin Temples scoring 15 points to combat a 15 point night by PORTA's Matt Muller.
Unfortunately for the Tigers, PORTA pulled away and held on to the lead until the final buzzer, defeating Paris 58 to 49.
PORTA now travels to the state-semi's in Peoria, to face Nashville on Friday.
