Eastern Illinois University appoints an interim athletic director!
This comes after last month's announcement Barbara Burke would be leaving the school to take a job at Tulane.
University president William Perry says current vice president for student affairs Doctor Dan Nadler will serve as
Interim Athletic Director until the university can find a permanent replacement.
Vice President for University Advancement, Bill Martin, is head of the search for a new athletic director and the
current goal is to find a replacement by August 1st.
