Head coach Elliot McGill will resign from his position, becuase he was hired as a group coach for the Nitro Swimming Club in Texas.
McGill swam for Eastern from 2005 to 2009 and was hired as head coach in 2011, and since being hired the swim team has set numerous school records.
Elliott is the older brother of senior swimmer Colin McGill who attended the NCAA nationals just a few months ago.
Elliott says he's grateful for his time with Eastern and thanks the university and his swimmers for a great three years.
