A Robinson High School teacher and coach accused of having a sexual relationship with a student returns to court.
Police say 30-year-old Daniel "Levi" Damron had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female student on November 18th.
Today in court, Damron waived the right to a preliminary hearing, a process to determine if there's probable cause in the case.
Damron was ordered to not have any contact with the minor or her family.
He'll be formally charged January 16th.
