A third man is facing two felony charges in connection with what prosecutors have called a hate crime shooting on the night of Good Friday in Paris, Illinois.
Jordan Kollman, Jesse Kollman and Jayden Reynolds went to White Oak Park in Paris the night of April 3rd, according to prosecutors.
The Kollmans are accused of harassing and threatening Tajon King, Duane Williams and Danville Alderman Jaleel Jones, authorities said.
Prosecutors say the three victims were fishing when the suspects approched them, used racial slurs, and surrounded them.
Jordan Kollman is also accused of threatening the group with a shotgun, which he allegedly fired in the air and near the victims.
One of the victims who had a concealed carry permit fired a weapon and struck Jordan Kollman at least three times, said prosecutors.
Jordan and Jesse Kollman appeared in court April 14th, where they were denied pretrial release.
Edgar County State's Attorney Phillip Dobelstein says the third suspect, Jayden Reynolds, was released with a notice to appear in court.
Online records show Reynolds is charged with a hate crime and unlawful sale of a firearm, both felonies.
A judge also appointed a public defender to represent Reynolds.
He's due back in court Friday for a preliminary hearing.
