Being Well features information and advice related to living a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, fitness and overall health. The program is hosted by WEIU-TV’s Lori Casey and features experts from Eastern Illinois University's Department of Kinesiology and Sports Studies, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System, Carle and others.

Each program includes a discussion of a specific topic followed by a practical demonstration segment. Topics for this season include:
