The Piatt County State's Attorney's office has decided to file charges against a man involved in an early October archery accident.
Police say 16-year-old Maci Webb was accidentally shot in the head by 21-year-old Andrew Dick on October 10th.
After an investigation, it was determined preventable mistakes including fatigure were to blame for the accident.
Dick is charged with reckless conduct.
When we last reported, Webb was in critical condition at Carle Hospital in Urbana.
Carle hospital officials told us today, no new information was being released on the patient.
