Authorities say a man is in custody after a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 17-month-old boy.
24-year-old David Overlin was arrested Sunday and is being held on a preliminary felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say the toddler, Zyonne Cooper, died Thursday after he was hit by a Ford Explorer when the boy wandered into a street just after midnight.
They say the driver drove off.
The car was found Sunday and has been impounded.
