Residents of Old York are waiting to get back into town to see what's left after heavy rains caused flooding along the Wabash River. The Federal Emergency Management Agency are setting up at the uptown hill area to help residents. In the mean time, the American Red Cross has set up a shelter in West Union until residents can get back to their homes.
