The Eastern women's soccer team isn't in post-season play, but the Mattoon High School boy's soccer team is moving on.
The Green Wave defeated Lincoln High School 2-1 in the regional semifinal yesterday.
Mattoon will now play Mahomet Seymour on Saturday in the regional finals after the Bulldogs shutout Rantoul High School 6-0
Mahomet-Seymour comes into the match with a 16-4-3 record, while Mattoon has a 18-3-2 overall record.
The ball drops at 11 Saturday morning.
