A traveling dance instructor is brought back to the Effingham County jail.
Charles Young of Springfield is charged with sexual abuse and aggravated sexual assault stemming from an incident in Effingham in 2012.
Authorities accuse Young of fondling a minor.
According to Effingham court records, Young's bond has been raised from 25,000 dollars to 50,000 due to a bond violation.
Young was not allowed to be in the presence of individuals under the age of 18, he violated that rule of release.
Young was brought back to the county jail yesterday, he posted his raised bond a short time later.
He returns to court for another hearing November 11th, with a trial date set for November 27th.
