State Park Law

Friday, 14 April 2017

You might need to watch your step as you head to Illinois' state parks.
A new law would allow visitors to spread the cremated remains of loved ones in Illinois State Parks.
The legislation would allow the Department of Natural Resources to establish rules in which people would have to follow if they want to spread remains.
The bill has already passed the Public Health Committee, and now goes to the Senate floor for debate.
