Charleston Library Damage

Police in Charleston are looking for who's responsible after a window is broken at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library.

Charleston Police Detective Tony West believes an unknown individual or group of individuals threw an object into a second floor window of the library Tuesday evening.

He says the object shattered the window's glass around 7:15.

West says the investigation is on-going.
