Election Day is only 14 days away, and voters who haven't made plans to head to the polls can still vote absentee. Voters can still request a ballot as long as it is turned in by election day November 8th said Edgar County clerk August Griffin. To request a ballot you can call your local county clerk and ask for one, or come in said Griffin.
