Those who want to vote early can start casting their ballot now. Early voting started Thursday and runs until November 7th. Anyone who is registered to vote can vote early said Cumberland County Clerk Joy Sutherland. Those who do not have time to stop in and vote early can request a ballot sent to their home. If you want to vote early and you are not registered to vote you can do both by stopping into your local county clerks office said Sutherland.
