A man accused of murder in California is temporarily moved to a federal prison in Terre Haute.
New York real estate heir Robert Durst is accused of murdering his friend Susan Berman in 2000.
Durst's attorney Dick DeGuerin says Durst's transfer will delay the start of proceedings in California, and make it harder for attorneys to visit and communicate with him.
He says Durst is eager to get to California and prove he didn't do it.
Durst was arrested in March of 2015 after the broadcast of a documentary about the crime.
