Mattoon residents are still in shock that a known sexual predator was once again lurking around their area. In 2008, 37-year-old Derek Luckey pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two teenagers. On Monday Luckey was arrested again The Coles County state's attorney is reviewing the current case. No formal charges have been filed. In 2008, Luckey pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor and was sentenced to twelve years. He's currently listed on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.
