A 21-year-old Shelbyville man died early Sunday morning when he lost control of his vehicle. Tucker M. Schwengel was southbound on Shelby County Road 1950 East at 1:10 A.M. when his car went off the road into a ditch. The 2008 Volkswagon Jetta was then airborne for 40 feet and eventually landed between the tree lines. Schwengel was the only occupant and was pronounced deceased by the Shelby County Coroner.
