A Mattoon man dies in a motorcycle accident.
Illinois State Police say 53-year-old Timothy Moon was driving his motorcycle northbound on Montrose Blacktop in rural Cumberland County, north of Interstate 70 Sunday afternoon when he lost control of his bike.
They say Moon swerved into the other lane and collided with a pick up truck driven by 43-year-old Denise Weichman of Teutopolis.
Weichman was not hurt in the accident.
Charges in the case are pending.
