Six-seed Tennessee Tech upset the third-seeded Panthers in five sets in the Ohio Valley Conference Championships earlier today.
Each set was decided by two points, including the final one, which saw Eastern tie the game at 14, but TTU scored two straight to win the set and match.
Allie Hueston contributed 14 kills, 9 blocks and 1 ace, while Abby Saalfrank chipped in another 13 kills.
Tennessee Tech advances to play Belmont in the semifinals.
