Starting July 1st, Illinois universities will no longer allow the use of tobacco or smoking products on college campuses. This means students, employees or visitors to Eastern Illinois University won't be able to smoke while on campus property. News Watch's Derrick Jackson spent the day on the grounds of Eastern getting reactions from those who will be affected by the new rules.
