Police release the name of a Herrick man who died in a Shelby County accident.
Illinois State Police say Matthew Grissom ,30, was driving a Ford pickup truck southbound on Route 51 near County Road 700 Monday night.
Police say while trying to control the truck, Grissom swerved to the opposite direction, causing the vehicle to roll several times and overturn.
They say Grissom was ejected during the crash and pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
