A Dietrich woman has pleaded guilty to aggravated battery of a child.
Kelci Niemerg was arrested in 2011 when authorities say she tossed an eight month old child she was caring for into a playpen.
The child suffered brain and eye hemorrhaging.
Neimerg's trial was scheduled to start April 8th.
She'll now be sentenced June 7th.
