Have you noticed? Those gas prices are down justin time for some holiday traveling. But, with the good news comes the bad, more drivers will be on the road. News Watch's Margaret Langevin talked to Illinois State Trooper Tracey Lillard today and she says expect the roads to be packed from now until Sunday. Lillard says police will be enforcing the move over low or Scott's Law this weekend. When emergency vehicles are parked on the side the road with their lights on motorists must move over to the opposite lane. If unable to switch lanes, drivers are required to slow down.
