The Illinois Prisoner Review Board has denied parole for a man who killed a Mattoon family.
The board unanimously voted Thursday in the case of 64-year-old Thomas Fuller.
Fuller pleaded guilty to killing Bill and Lydia Cox's five children in their home in Mattoon back in 19-68.
Fuller was sentenced to two consecutive terms of 70 to 99 years.
Officials say he won't be able to request parole again for another five years.
