After days of testimony, jurors have reached a verdict in the murder trial of 17-year-old Terry Payton.
Payton has been convicted of second degree murder in the 2011 stabbing death of his mother, 53-year-old Kathie Payton.
Attorneys for Payton had said the killing was in self defense.
