Former EIU Employee Trial DateMonday, 25 February 2013
A former Eastern Illinois University employee charged with child pornography won't stand trial in April as planned.
Eric Knuth was scheduled for a jury trial in April, but that's been pushed back until June 25th.
Knuth is charged with one count of child pornography after a 2008 investigation found him in possession of 1,665 sexually explicit images on his university laptop.
Over 300 of those files were of animated images of children engaging in sexual activity.
Knuth's next appearance is set for May 13th.
