It started snowing around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon. When the snow falls, that means local stores fill up with people loading up on supplies! Rural King's store manager Kyle Banks says regardless of how bad it gets, a steady stream of customers are coming in and checking out! About an hour after the snow started, several accidents happened in the viewing area. No major injuries were reported in those crashes. Several communities are activating snow emergencies.
