Friday, 21 February 2014

A local school hit hard by a stomach virus is making a steady recovery!

Charleston Superintendent Jim Littleford says nearly forty students were absent Thursday from Mark Twain Elementary school with the norovirus.

Today, he says that number has dropped to 26 with only 5 new cases.

Littleford is optimistic the number of cases will continue to drop.

He says he sees no sign the norovirus has made its way through any of the other schools in the district.
