One more hearing is planned before a Paris teen stands trial for murdering his mother.
17-year-old Terry Payton faces two counts of murder.
Police say Payton killed his mother 53-year-old Kathie Payton, at their home in Paris on June 24, 2011.
Another hearing in the case happens Friday before the trial gets underway on the 19th.
Payton has been out of jail on bond since September 2011.
