A methamphetamine lab explodes in Mattoon and two people are arrested.
Mattoon Police and the East Central Illinois Drug Task Force arrested Derek Miller, 24, and Elani Orsborn, 21, Saturday at South 17th Street Place Apartments.
Police say Miller is charged with manufacturing meth, possesion of materials to manufacture meth, and allowing property to be used for making meth.
Orsborn is charged with delivery of meth precursors and protection of meth manufacturing.
Both were taken to the Coles County Jail.
