The Eastern Illinois University Women's Basketball Head Coach Debbie Black has added a 4th recruit to her list.
Kandace Tate is a 6'3" senior from Homewood-Flossmoor High School.
Tate plays both forward and center positions.
She is a two-sport athlete, and coach Black says she has athletic ability in both volleyball and basketball.
This is the team's 4th signee, Tate joins alongside Grace Lennox, Mariah Madison and Morgan Martin.
