The holidays can be troubling for some, but an area hospital is offering its support.
In early December,the Paris Community Hospital Family Medical Center is hosting free holiday grief workshops.
The workshops are to help those coping with feelings of sadness and loss during the holidays.
The sessions will feature a question and answer portion along with refresments.
Individuals and families are welcome to attend.
