The Illinois Department of Corrections has finished their report on an inmate who escaped from the Robinson Correctional Center.
That information has now been sent to the Crawford County State's Attorney who'll decide if additional criminal charges will be filed.
Officials say 30-year-old Jared Carter escaped from the facility August 30th, and was found five days later in Palestine.
The State's Attorney's Office says the report is more than 100 pages and will take some time to go through.
